Review Policy

I’m open to being contacted about advanced reader copies, although I cannot promise to accept them all. Please keep in mind that I will only review them in exchange for an honest review. I am very serious about being completely transparent on my thoughts on books and, therefore, I will never promise an author or publisher a 5-star or a positive review. If I do not like your book and/or find it problematic, I will be critical and explain the reasons behind that. However, I will never personally bash an author, instead only provide my personal view of their work.

I review mostly Contemporary, Romance, Fantasy and Thrillers. I am only accepting digital copies at the moment.

My Rating System:

➼ 5 stars – perfect for me! a new favourite book of the year or of all time
➼ 4.5 stars – this book blew me away, almost god-tier
➼ 4 stars – so glad I gave this a chance, it was great! only had one or two flaws
➼ 3.5 stars – worth my time, but it could be better; would recommend!
➼ 3 stars – run-of-the-mill; I will probably forget about it in a week
➼ 2.5 stars – disappointing, kind of wish I hadn’t read it; wasted potential
➼ 2 stars – rant review incoming
➼ 1.5 stars – hot garbage but with a speck of glitter
➼ 1 star – had to google “how to delete a story from my brain”
